    Barzilai Medical Center

    Live within a week

    During COVID the hospital had to register every visitor and every staff member, fast. The system went live within a week. At the time, about 11,000 staff check-ins went through it every week, and visitors entered with a QR code.

SharePoint consulting questions we get asked

We already use SharePoint. Can consulting still help?

Yes. Many organisations use only a small part of what it can do, or work with a structure that grew without a plan. We'll look at how you work today and suggest improvements, from small changes to a new structure.

Can you move our documents from shared folders or a file server?

Yes. We plan the new structure in SharePoint and move your documents into it, including permissions. See also our integration and migration service.

What's the difference between SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive?

OneDrive is where each person keeps their own files. Teams is where a team talks and works together, and the team's files are actually stored in SharePoint. SharePoint is the foundation for the organisation's sites, intranet and documents. In the consulting we decide together what lives where.

How long does a consulting project take?

The length of a SharePoint consulting project depends on the size of the organisation and the scope. After the intro call we'll agree together what's included, how long it will take and what it will cost.

Do you also implement, or only advise?

Both. Ofekpoint plans, builds and rolls out SharePoint, trains your users, and stays available for support after go-live.
