Microsoft SharePoint

Integration and migration everything connected, in one place

We connect external tools and systems to SharePoint and Microsoft 365, and move legacy systems to Microsoft's cloud. Your people work in one place, with all the information they need. Better productivity, faster results.

  • Easy to use
  • No new platform to learn
  • More trust from users
  • Maximum functionality
  • Out-of-the-box tools

In short: Ofekpoint connects external systems (ERP, CRM, databases and cloud services) to SharePoint and Microsoft 365, and migrates legacy systems to Microsoft's cloud in stages, so work can continue during the move. Based in Petah Tikva, Israel, since 2015.

SharePoint integration

One system, with all your tools connected.

SharePoint has extraordinary capabilities. Our ability to connect several different tools into one system gives users complete freedom of action, with a high level of security.

We also migrate existing and legacy systems and applications to Microsoft 365 platforms, so your information and processes keep working, in a modern and secure environment.

What we connect

Integrations that end double work.

Examples of integrations and migrations we do:

  • ERP and CRM connections

Automatic updates between SharePoint and ERP, CRM and other systems, as we built for Ichilov.

  • Fitting existing structures

Support for the structures of existing systems, such as SAP's regional hierarchy, which we built for Hillel Yaffe.

  • Importing data from Excel

Copying and pasting data from Excel for bulk operations, instead of typing it in.

  • Migration from legacy systems

Moving from old SharePoint versions, shared folders or legacy systems to Microsoft 365.

  • Documents in one place

Connecting different document sources, so people find what they need in one place.

  • Data for reports

Connecting your data sources to Power BI, for up-to-date reports without manual work.

The benefits of integration

  • Cost efficiency

Integrating your tools within SharePoint makes people more efficient and saves unnecessary work time, which translates into saving money.

  • Cooperation

Integrating external tools improves knowledge sharing between employees, and cooperation with your customers and suppliers.

  • Any device

SharePoint lets people work from anywhere at any time: email, documents and every system, on laptops, tablets and phones.

How we work

From the first call to go-live.

  1. Intro call

We learn the need, your current systems and the goal. No commitment.

  2. Scope and proposal

Together we define what we'll build, how long it will take and what it will cost.

  3. Build in stages

We work in short Agile sprints, and you see progress all the way.

  4. Roll-out and support

We train your users, go live and stay available for support.

Book an intro call

The first step: a short intro call, no commitment.

Case studies

Three hospitals. Three systems live, fast.

All case studies →
  • Room management

Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center (Ichilov)

    One system for every department

Each department managed its rooms its own way, with no shared system. We built one room management system on the Power Platform.

  • Medical staff scheduling

    Hillel Yaffe Medical Center

    Live within 12 weeks

Doctors were scheduled by hand, and at night it wasn't always clear who was available. We built a scheduling and availability system for all staff on Microsoft 365, and went live within 12 weeks.

FAQ

Integration and migration questions

Which systems can be connected to SharePoint?

Most systems that have an API or a ready-made connector: ERP and CRM systems, databases, Excel and cloud services. We'll check your systems in the intro call.

Will our data stay secure?

Yes. The integrations follow your Microsoft 365 permissions, and each user sees only what they're allowed to.

Can we move an old system without stopping work?

In most cases, yes. We plan the migration to Microsoft 365 in stages, so work continues during the move.

What about historical data?

When we plan a migration to Microsoft 365, we decide together which data moves to the new system and how the rest is kept.
