ofekpoint.com is operated by Ofekpoint Software Solutions Ltd., 46 Kibbutz Galuyot St, Petah Tikva, Israel (“we”). This policy explains what information we collect on the site, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect

  • Details you leave in a form: name, phone, email (optional), the topic and your message.
  • WhatsApp or phone enquiries: whatever you choose to share with us.
  • Site usage data: technical information such as browser type, the pages you visited and actions on the site, collected through Google Tag Manager and Google’s measurement tools.

Why we use it

  • To get back to you and answer your enquiry.
  • To provide the service you asked for.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t send you marketing without your consent.

Where it’s kept and who receives it

  • Form enquiries are stored in the site’s content management system (WordPress), on our hosting provider’s server.
  • A notification of each new enquiry, with its details, is sent to our team via Telegram.
  • When you click the WhatsApp button, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp and is covered by WhatsApp’s (Meta’s) privacy policy.
  • Site usage data is processed by Google, under Google’s privacy policy.

Cookies

The site uses the pll_language cookie to remember which language you chose (Hebrew or English), and cookies from Google’s measurement tools. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

Enquiries sent through the site are kept for 24 months, and then deleted.

Your rights

Under Israel’s Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. Contact us on +972 52-871-1122 or through the contact form on the site.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information: the site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to the system is restricted, and the forms are protected against spam.
