Accessibility statement

Our commitment to accessibility

At Ofekpoint we want to give every client and visitor equal service, and to keep improving it for people with disabilities. We built this website to be accessible, convenient and friendly for everyone, in line with Israel’s Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA, which is based on the WCAG guidelines.

What we’ve done

• The site can be navigated with a keyboard, with a clear focus indicator and a “Skip to content” link at the top of every page.
• Every page has a single main heading and an orderly heading structure, and page regions are labelled, to help screen reader users.
• Meaningful images and icons have text alternatives. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• We made sure there is sufficient colour contrast between text and background.
• The site supports Hebrew right to left and English left to right.
• If you’ve set your device to reduce motion, the site’s animations are turned off. There is no flashing content.
• Contact forms have a label for every field and clear error messages.
• The site works on mobile, with no sideways scrolling.

Known limitations

We keep checking and improving the site’s accessibility. Some parts may not yet be fully accessible, for example third-party services such as WhatsApp. If you run into a problem, please let us know.

Our office does not receive the public. Meetings are held by appointment, or online.
